Budget is a key factor when planning your wedding.

 

I offer bespoke wedding stationery designs tailored to your style and needs, all while keeping your budget in mind.

Pricing is flexible, depending on the complexity of the design and materials used, with room for creativity without overspending!

I'll work closely with you to explore ideas and offer recommendations to ensure you get the perfect invitations without comprising on quality or exceeding your budget.

FURTHER INFORMATION
 

GUEST NAMES

Can be printed inside all invitations at no additional cost. When placing an order please request if you would like your guests’ names printed on your invitations or if you require them blank with a dotted line.

ENVELOPES

Plain white self-seal envelopes are included in the price for the following items: Save the Date cards, Day and Evening Invitations and Thank You cards. RSVP cards are in a postcard style which does not require envelopes. If you require different colours of envelopes, please email or call to discuss.

GUEST NAMES AND ADDRESS

Can be printed onto the invitation envelopes at an additional price of £1 each.

POCKETFOLD/LAYERED INVITATIONS

The pocketfold, layered and laser cut invitations priced above contain the main invitation, 3 double sided information cards (one of which is recommended as RSVP) and outer envelope.

Any additional information cards other than the 3 included will be at an extra cost.

Inserts can also be added to any of the other invitation styles above - please contact me for prices.

PRICE RANGE

If you have a particular budget in mind, I am very flexible with design and price, all depending on your requirements. Please email or phone me for details.

There is a minimum order amount of £25 to cover my time for consultation,

design discussion etc.

PACKAGES

I don't have packages as every couple has different requirements, however if you are placing a large order I will often be able to pass on some discount to you. Please email or call to discuss further.

SAMPLES

One free invitation sample can be designed for you - please advise your chosen design, colour theme, details and requirements. Any additional invitation samples will require payment. Please email or call to discuss further.


DELIVERY/COLLECTION/POSTAGE

Orders can be collected locally to Seaham, County Durham or delivered for small charge, otherwise the items are sent by Royal Mail/Courier special delivery. Please email or call to discuss prices.

PLACING AN ORDER

Once you have received the sample/s and you have decided to place an order, I will need your confirmed colour choice and the quantity of items required. Although further items can be ordered at a later date, I recommend ordering a couple more invitations than requires in case of any guest list changes.

PROOFS

Once the wording has been supplied for the stationery, proofs will then be created electronically as a PDF file and sent to you to check and approve before printing.

PAYMENT

I require 50% deposit of the whole order before I make a start on your stationery. (The 50% deposit is non-refundable). The remaining balance is payable once the invitations are ready or the order is complete. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque  

TURNAROUND TIME

Orders are normally completed within 4 – 6 weeks from receiving your final proofs.

I recommend looking at ordering 3-4 months before you intend to send out your invitations. This gives time for samples design, any amendments, receiving the deposit, buying in the materials and approval.

If you require your order sooner than the standard timeframes, please contact me to discuss. Depending on workloads this may be possible, however an extra charge may be required in this instance.
